Chef and co-founder of Armonì Restaurant, Mariano Armonia was born in Naples and grew up among the aromas and traditions of Campania’s kitchens.
His journey began at the Grand Hotel Quisisana, the iconic symbol of Capri’s hospitality, where he learned discipline and an unwavering attention to detail.
He continued his growth at Ristorante Giorgio al Cucciolo and Ristorante Coco Loco, experiences that allowed him to refine his technique and develop a deep sensitivity towards raw ingredients.
He later joined the Capri Palace Hotel & Spa, where he shaped his own style — a blend of elegance, precision, and profound respect for Neapolitan heritage
After years of training and exploration, he opened his first personal project, Ristorante Armonia, and later founded — together with his childhood friend and business partner — Armonì Restaurant in Pozzuoli.
Today, he collaborates with Chef Peppe Guida, Michelin-Starred, in a continuous exchange of ideas and growth, united by a shared philosophy: a sincere cuisine, rooted in the territory and in the love for simplicity.
His dishes tell the story of Campania with elegance and authenticity
from the Puveriello with black truffle to the Manfredi with ricotta, and the signature Pasta mista aMMare.
Every creation is an homage to tradition — one that evolves without ever losing its truth.
